“There is no charge to enjoy the Bartlett Festival. The festival including bands and fireworks are funded through the carnival, food, beverages purchases. Please help fund the event by purchasing. (The Village of Bartlett, Police, and Park District provide financial contribution as well as manpower to support the event).”
