Please be advised that children under 42 inches may be required to ride some of the attractions with a paying adult rider for safety purposes.

All riding guests must be able to sit upright and hold on at all times.

All riders must meet all posted ride height requirements.

All riders must follow all posted signage and midway instructions.

Children under 42 inches may be required to ride with a paying adult.

All tickets and wristbands are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost or broken wristbands or tickets.

All loose articles must be secure at all times. We are not responsible for lost articles. We cannot stop operations to retrieve lost articles. All articles will be retrieved after closing hours.

We are not responsible for inclement weather. Unfortunately we cannot provide rainchecks, refunds or rebands.

Improper riding footwear (flip flops, sandals, etc) may cause injury. You may wear them at your own risk.
