Tricia started into the amusement industry in 1998, she graduated with her Associates Degree in Business Administration from Ivy Tech State College. She is certified from NAARSO and continued her safety training and education through the IAAPA Management School. Tricia oversees the effective application of health and safety regulations and risk assessment to ensure a safe midway environment for employees and customers. Tricia has a wide range of education in the amusement industry including Marketing and Public Relations, On Camera Crisis Communication and Media Strategies.

Tricia is a big part of the day-to-day operations and management of North American Midway Entertainment.
