Amber Swedgan started in the mobile amusement business
in 1997. She excels in Media, Public Relations and Promotions. She works to constantly
improve customer satisfaction and midway development. Amber revolutionized the Customer
Service training program at North American Midway Entertainment, implementing fresh
new ideas, training videos and invigoration to our Midway and many Fairs and Festivals.
Her mastery of Customer Service and Employee Recognition has spread through our
entire company. She is the editor of our company's newsletter and takes great pride
in having a beautiful Midway. She developed a fresh new look and standardized our
Midway signage, uniforms and flags.
Amber continues with ongoing education and actively attends IAAPA, IAFE and IALEI
workshops and Safety Seminars. Amber is the spokeswoman for North American Midway
Entertainment; she works closely with fairs all over North America planning Media
coverage, assisting special promotions and Sponsorship.
